HUMAN RESOURCES

A key factor in the cooperative’s operation and growth is its human resources. They are the driving force that coordinates, guides, takes action, and successfully delivers the expectations of each cooperative member with excellent results.

The primary role belongs to the members, who are also the producers of the products. They faithfully follow the instructions of the agronomists and technical advisors throughout the production process, such as implementing Integrated Crop Management, introducing new varieties, applying anti-hail protection, and adopting training/pruning systems, etc. In this way, they contribute to the outstanding quality of the products.

The members are represented by the Board of Directors, which consists of seven people. They provide guidance, coordinate activities, and meet the producers’ requirements, achieving the cooperative’s goals through effective management across all areas.

All of the above is carried out by responsible, specialized staff in each department of the organization (Accounting, Sales, Agronomy, Receiving, and seasonal workforce).

CURRICULUM VITAE OF THE PRESIDENT

Stavros Kotziampasis was born in 1970 and resides in Naousa. He is married and the father of two daughters. He studied at the Department of Agricultural Development and Management of Agricultural Enterprises of the School of Agricultural Technology in Thessaloniki.

Professionally, he works primarily as a farmer, with many years of experience and active involvement in the development and modernization of the local agricultural economy. He also has extensive experience and an active role in public affairs, both within cooperatives and in local government.
