Apples

ΤIt was given the name of the Fruit of Sin. During Ancient times many races regarded it as the symbol of immortality. Greek people and other races use the saying "An apple a day keeps the doctor away".

The apple fruit is rich in vitamins, dietary fibres and metallic elements. It contains calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, folic acid, biotin and apple acid. It must be eaten with its peel after it has been carefully washed. Apple's peel contain many vitamins and undissolved fibres which help in the right operation of our digestion system.
Either sweet or sour, small or large, soft or crunchy, apples are regarded as winter fruit, nevertheless few people are aware that the apple's picking up period starts in early autumn and it is completed by the mid of October.

Then, they are stored in the modern chambers of our Cooperation, under controlled atmosphere so as to maintain their freshness and their fine aroma, without adding harmful, for the consumer, substances.
